Stevie Wishart is an English composer and improviser, and performer on the hurdy-gurdy and medieval violin. She has edited and recorded the complete works of Saint Hildegard of Bingen. Wishart was educated at Cambridge,〔from the CRASSH event at the Cambridge University Music Faculty: http://sms.cam.ac.uk/media;jsessionid=FD6E5DF8377E663C36EF302F9230D43F?query=Wishart&type=keyword〕 Oxford and the Guildhall School of Music, studying composition and electronic music at the University of York with Trevor Wishart and Richard Orten.
